CUSTOMER RETURNS POLICY:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you are not happy with your purchase you can return the product to us for inspection and we will either repair/replace it or credit your account with the purchase amount. (Or refund you should you choose.)

Returns Process:

You may return any unwanted items provided the following requirements are met.

  • Items are undamaged and unused.
  • Items are returned in their original packaging.
  • No accessories or parts are missing.
  • A return request has been logged within 30 days of the item marked delivered.

We will collect all items for return free of charge, our courier is however entitled to refuse collection of items that do not meet the above criteria or is not properly packaged for transport.

STEP 1: Log an Email

Log a return by following the link provided in your delivery confirmation email marked Product Returns.

  • In the email subject line title your email product return followed by your order number.
  • In the body of the email include your name, email address, a description of the item you wish to return and your collection address.
  • Please also include your reason for returning the item.
  • If approved, you will receive an email with additional instructions on how to prepare the parcel for collection.

STEP 2: Prepare the product for returns

Prepare the product for collection by ensuring the following.

  • Repack the item in its original packaging.
  • Ensure all accessories that came with the item have been included.
  • Place the product in additional packaging for safety & protection during transit.

STEP 3: Collection

You will be contacted by our courier to confirm a collection time and address with you and collect the package as arranged.

STEP 4: Receive and Review

When the package arrives, it will need to be inspected before any refunds or exchanges will be authorised, this process can take 2-3 working days. (Sometimes longer during peak periods.)

If your refund is approved you will receive an email to confirm your available options.

  • Immediate refund of the original purchase value into your account.
  • Refund to your original payment method or EFT (Can take 2-5 working days.)

If your repair/exchange is approved we will notify you via email confirming your repair/exchange order details and will begin preparing for delivery, you will be able to track your delivery progress through our courier tracking number provided to you by email on collection from our warehouse.

If your return does not meet our requirements we will contact you to inform you why and notify you of the arrangements to have the item couriered back to you.
